Overseas Bowling Ball Warranty

We stand behind every overseas bowling ball we sell.

This warranty is provided exclusively by Bowlers Asylum and is not administered by any manufacturer or its U.S. distributors.

All overseas bowling balls purchased directly from Bowlers Asylum are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Claim Requirements

To submit a warranty claim, you must provide:

• A copy of your original purchase receipt or order confirmation from Bowlers Asylum
• Clear photographs showing:
  • The complete serial number on the bowling ball.
  • All logos and engravings.
  • The drilled gripping holes.
  • The area of the damage or defect.
  • Any additional photographs requested by Bowlers Asylum to assist in the warranty evaluation.

Incomplete submissions may delay the warranty process or result in denial of the warranty claim.

Warranty Coverage

This limited warranty applies only to manufacturing defects in the bowling ball.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Improper drilling (any holes within 1 inch of the pin weakening the cover stock) or installation of grips, thumb slugs, interchangeable thumb systems, or finger inserts. (1 inch is measured from edge of pin to edge of hole)
• Improper maintenance, cleaning, or storage.
• Lane damage, ball return damage, impact damage, or damage caused by foreign objects.
• Abuse, misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
• Resurfacing, plugging, or any alteration performed after purchase that contributes to the damage.
• Cosmetic blemishes or normal surface wear that do not affect the performance of the bowling ball.

Warranty Evaluation

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Bowlers Asylum. We reserve the right to request additional information, photographs, or the return of the bowling ball for further inspection before making a warranty determination.

If a warranty claim is approved, Bowlers Asylum, at its sole discretion, may:

• Repair the bowling ball, when applicable.
• Replace it with the same model, if available.
• Replace it with a comparable domestic bowling ball of equal value and similar performance characteristics, as determined solely by Bolwers Asylum, if the original overseas model is unavailable or no longer offered.

Additional Terms

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• Warranty coverage applies only to bowling balls purchased directly from Bowlers Asylum.
• Bowlers Asylum reserves the right to deny any warranty claim that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to:

• X-Comps
• X-Blems
• X-Outs
• Factory Seconds
• Demo bowling balls
• Used bowling balls
• Products sold as clearance, "AS IS," or otherwise designated as non-warrantable.
• Any product specifically identified as "No Warranty" at the time of purchase.

These items are sold at a discounted price due to their condition, cosmetic imperfections, prior use, or special designation and are not eligible for repair, replacement, or warranty consideration.
