Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 72 hours at sales@bowlersasylum.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All sales are final we only replace damaged items as laid out above.
If an issue arises that needs a refund or exchange Bowlers Asylum has sole discretion to charge a restocking fee of 15% of purchase price.
Price Changes
If the price goes down on an overseas ball you purchased within 3 days we will refund the difference in price back to you. Excludes special holiday sales and closeout pricing.
